Install in three steps.

    Drag it into Applications

    Open Cutroom.dmg and drop Cutroom onto the Applications folder.

    Allow it once

    This early-access build isn’t notarized yet, so the first launch is blocked. Open System Settings › Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway.

    Let it set up

    On first launch, Cutroom downloads its clip engine and speech model, about 4 GB, once. Then add a Gemini or Claude key in Settings and paste a link.

Videos, clips and keys stay on your computer. After the one-time setup, Cutroom goes online only to fetch the videos you paste, ask your chosen model which moments to cut, and send the links and uploads you choose.
